Im level 37 (hunter, night elf), and I would really like to know how to make gold fast by the time I get to level 40 so I can get my riding lessons. Any tips or secrets anyone would like to share? and also how can I level up faster? It seems to take forever just to get to the next level.

Pick up mining and skinning. Sell all the mats you harvest on the AH. Right now mining makes a lot of gold becuase all the Jewel Crafters are buying up the ore/bars. Farming cloth will make you good money as well.

Pay for it in real money, there are a lot of people that trade items, accounts, and gold for real money!
P.S. Don’t get caught though or you’ll get banned, so if you don’t want to take the risk then oh well.

Well, there’s the honorable way. Working on your mining skill and sell the ores/gems to people at the Auction House. Lotta money in the mining business.
Then there’s the lazy way. Many sites online (Including ebay) sell gold for real life money. It’s a much faster way to get what you want, but it is against game laws and can get you banned.

It seems that all of the answerers here have the right idea; mining or whatever they said. I wouldn’t suggest buying gold – Blizz has really cracked down on people lately, and you don’t want to get banned! *shudder*
I also found that a good way to make money is to farm the elementals near Kargath in the Badlands – if you just run in a circle, they’ll respawn as you are running around and you can make about 15-20 gold with a full backpack full of vendor trash.
